The Company is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by third parties and persons who receive NexBioHealth magazine regularly by paying in advance (“Subscribers”). Accordingly, the Company has no more editorial control over such content than does a public library, bookstore, or newsstand. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, Subscribers or any other user of our Website, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of the Company. Neither the Company nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

In many instances, the content available through NexBioHealth represents the opinions and judgements of the respective information provider, Subscriber, or other user not under contract with the Company. The Company neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on NexBioHealth by anyone other than authorized Company employee spokespersons while acting in their official capacities. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any loss or damage caused by anyone’s reliance on information obtained through NexBioHealth. It is the responsibility of Subscriber to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice or other content available through NexBioHealth. Third Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their Personal Information.  We are health care provider, and not subject to HIPAA, but we nevertheless desire to comply with it and with all applicable state laws concerning your privacy rights.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. 

The safety and security of your information also depends on you.  Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.  We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Please note that any information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website.
